These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Marshall Consulting Pte. Ltd. website at marshall.com.sg (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms of Use cover the website only. If you engage Marshall Consulting for professional services, a separate engagement agreement applies — see our Client Engagement Terms. For information on how we handle personal data, see our [Privacy Policy].

1. Use of the Site

You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify it or remove any copyright or other proprietary notices. You may not:

  • reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content commercially;
  • use Site content in a manner that suggests endorsement or association with Marshall Consulting without our written consent;
  • use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

All content on the Site — including text, images, design, and trademarks — is the property of Marshall Consulting Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

2. Site is informational only

The Site is provided for general informational purposes. Content on the Site does not constitute psychological, psychotherapeutic, coaching, medical, legal, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

Accessing the Site, using the contact form, or otherwise communicating with us through the Site does not create a professional, therapeutic, or coaching relationship. A professional relationship is established only after a signed service agreement and an intake process have been completed.

3. Crisis and emergency support

The Site is not monitored continuously and is not suitable for use in a crisis. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact one of the following:

4. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, currency, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marshall Consulting Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Links to other sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, our LinkedIn profile). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of use. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

7. Use by minors

The Site is intended for adults (aged 18 and over). It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the Site. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact our DPO so we can delete it.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Changes take effect when posted. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
